A. Management of sep accountsAreas for parents

This feature allows you to manage separate accounts for each parent, providing more flexible and personalized family information management. Each parent may have separate access to their own account, while allowing consultation of common child information between the two parents. This ensures a clear organization, while respecting the confidentiality and specific needs of each parent.

Note:This feature is specifically designed for schools (elementary/secondary) where parents must have MyScol accounts. It is not intended for training centres or higher education institutions hosting only adults.

B.Management of school transport

This feature makes it possible to effectively manage school transport, offering a centralized solution for organizing student journeys. It tracks routes, assign vehicles and drivers, and manage timetable and stop information. This optimized management facilitates the monitoring and coordination of transport services, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for students, parents and school staff.
To manage transport, please go to the module "Transport, where you will find the different menus (buses, routes, etc.).

C.Management of the infirmary

The infirmary management feature allows for comprehensive monitoring of medical care provided to students. It offers the opportunity to record infirmary visits, manage treatments administered, and track medical history and emergencies. This centralized management ensures accurate monitoring of student health while facilitating communication with parents if necessary. It thus contributes to a safer and better organized school environment.

To access this feature, go to the module "School life"Then select the menu"Moving to the infirmary"



D.Integration with AWS S3 Document Modules Storage

AWS storage is an ideal paid cloud solution for institutions with significant storage needs. It allows files to be stored in the cloud and share them with other secondary schools, if necessary. The option is configured by MyScol support. You can choose to share all of your documents or only a specific folder. Institutions receiving shared documents will see a cloud icon in the "Documents" module, customizable according to preferences. Each institution can have its own storage configuration and receive shared documents from other institutions, as required.

E. Export temporary passwords to a PDF file

Now you can generate temporary passwords for parent and student accounts directly from the registration management module. This feature includes bulk exporting credentials to a PDF file, with an option to customize the PDF template for a presentation tailored to your needs.



F. Agenda Module

MyScol Calendar module allows you to easily view homework, textbooks, events, and other important information within an interactive interface. This feature is accessible as a popup, providing a convenient and quick view of the key elements to come. It allows students, teachers, parents and management to stay informed about school activities in a simple and effective way.



G.Issue a credit note on cancelled invoices

A new feature now allows you to add a credit note on a cancelled invoice. This offers more flexibility in invoice management, making it easy to handle situations where a refund or correction is needed after cancelling an invoice. This improvement simplifies the accounting process by maintaining accurate transaction tracking even after cancelling an invoice.





H. Hide the wording "All teachers" in scheduling export

If you want to hide the label display 'All teachers' In the PDF export of the schedule by class, you need to enable the corresponding option in the module 'Parameters'.

I.Configure the display mode of homework interface

This improvement makes it possible to customize how the homework interface is displayed, giving users the ability to adjust the display according to their preferences. Whether for a simplified or detailed view, this option brings more flexibility and efficiency in homework management, improving the user experience for teachers and students.
To choose the desired display mode, simply go to the module 'Parameters', then select the menu 'Configuration'. Then use the option 'Define how the homework interface is displayed'.

J.Send an automated email with parent and student information via a Template

Previously, each email template was limited to the use of parent or student-specific keywords. Now, MyScol allows for greater flexibility by giving you the ability to add keywords dedicated to parents in a template for students, and vice versa. This evolution makes it possible to further personalize the messages sent, including information relevant to both parties, while simplifying the management of email templates.

K.Calculate student absences per half day

MyScol now incorporates advanced functionality for calculating half-day absences, offering two distinct modes:
Mode 1: Calculation based on 4 hours
Each 4-hour absence period is equivalent to half a day. For example, 8 hours of absence will be counted as two half days.
Mode 2: Calculation by time slot
In this mode, any absence of an hour or more during a session (morning or afternoon) is considered half a day.

L. Added of the 'Alternative / Intern' menu (intended for CFA)

This feature makes it easy to view the list of registered students by providing detailed information about their companies, tutors and associated OPCOs. It is a valuable tool for better organization and accurate dual monitoring of students.
This menu is accessible in the module 'Alternation and internship'.
