💡 How do I add or register a student on the MyScol platform?

Adding a student to MyScol is an essential step in ensuring smooth management of your school. Whether for a pre-registration or a final registration, this guide explainsStep by stepHow to enroll a student through the administration interface.

📌 Step 1: Access the "Registration Management" module

From your MyScol dashboard:

  1. Click on theModule "Registration Management".

  2. From the side menu, select"Students".

Then click on the link"Adding a student".

👤 Step 2: Link (or not) the student to a representative

On the add a student page, you can:

  • Select oneExisting representative(Parent or legal guardian).

  • Or choose"Don't bind this student to a representative"Especially if the student is of full age.

📝 Step 3: Fill in the required fields

Remember to fill in all fields marked as mandatory:

  1. School year: Choose the year concerned by registration.

  2. Status of registration:

    • Select"Pre-registration accepted"to bring up registration options.

    • Activate"Registration accepted"by positioning it on"Yes"if you wish to validate the registration.

    1. Create a MyScol account for the student:

    Activate the option"Creating an account"If you want the student to have personal access to the platform.

✅ Step 4: Finalize the addition

Once all the fields are filled in:

  • Click on the button"Adding student"to register the new student sheet.

The student is now visible in your list of registered students and, if the option has been enabled, they will receive their credentials to access their MyScol space.
