How to customize the "Medical Sheet" tab?

However, you can customize yourself the elements outlined in blue.

To customize the medical sheet, go to the "Settings" module, open the "Configuration" menu, then select the "Registration file form" tab.

Activation / deactivation of the "Medical Sheet" tab

This tab can be displayed or hidden depending on the needs of the property. To do this, use the option "Medical sheet tab: Disable the medical sheet tab"

Personalization of the tab "Medical sheet"

Use the options below to customize each framed block in the previous screenshot.👆

✅1.Medical sheet tab: Customize block text of vaccines of the medical sheet (block title)

✅2. Personalizing the wording of vaccines

Each option below allows you to change the wording of vaccines. If you don't want to display a vaccine, just leave the value empty.

✅3.Medical Sheet tab: Disable the vaccine block in the medical sheet

This option hides the entire block of vaccines.

✔4. Personalization of disease texts

✅4.a Medical Sheet tab: Personalize serious illness text

✅4.b Medical Sheet tab: Customize particular disease text

✅5. Medical Sheet tab: Customize treatment text

✅6. Medical Sheet tab: Customize the word of the attending physician

✔7. Personalization of authorisation texts of care

✅7.b Medical Sheet tab: Personalize the question text of care by other doctor

✅7.c Medical sheet tab: Personalize the authorization text the transport by ambulance of the student

✅8. Medical Sheet tab: Change the proof of vaccinations

👉 It is possible to move the display of this document to the "List of documents" tab to complete the list, in case the school does not request proof of vaccines. If you want to disable this document, simply leave its value empty.
👉 Add a * at the end of the wording to make this document Mandatory for the candidate.

If you do not want to view text or block corresponding to any of the options mentioned below, simply leave the value of the corresponding option empty.
