How do I create a shared account for a separate or divorced family?
It is not possible to create 2 accounts for a family. However, you can create a shared account.
To create a shared account:
Go to the "Registration Management" module:

Click on the menu "Accounts"Then under menu"Parents
"
Then click on the menu "Editing"Then onGenerate a usernameandGenerate a password. Finally on the buttonValidate.
Send parents the new credentials. Be aware that if you fill in emails from 2 parents. All communications are sent to both parents. If a parent resets the password. Both parents receive the new credentials. Thus, both separated parents can access MyScol.
