I can't open the activation link for my MyScol account.
You have received a confirmation email with a link to activate your account. Depending on your email provider, this link may be broken in the activation email or blocked due to security settings, so it prevents the activation from functioning properly.
A link becomes ineffective when your email provider's formatting mechanism causes the original link to split over separate lines and no longer reads the hyperlink.
Here is another way to activate your account:
Copy and paste the link indicated in your activation email into your browser address bar.
- While holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor until the entire link is highlighted and then release the button.
- To copy the link, press the keys simultaneously
CtrlandC, or right-click and selectCopyin the context menu. - To paste the link, press the keys simultaneously
CtrlandV, or right-click and selectStickin the context menu.
Tips:
PPlease clear caches and cookies from your browser(settings / browsing history / clean caches and cookies from the beginning).
You can also try logging in by opening a private browsing page from your browser.
