How to generate and send the certificate of tuition or training certificate?
Click on the module "School Life"
Then on the "Students" menu
To send the certificate of tuition by messaging MyScol
Check the student boxes then from the list of actions, select "Send a PDF document via email"Then"Certificate of schooling"ThenClick on the buttonValidate
Parents/students will receive the certificate on their MyScol Messaging and a notification email will be sent in their inboxes.
To generate the certificate of tuition
Check the student boxes then from the list of actions, select "Generate a document"Then"Certificate of schooling"ThenClick on the buttonValidate
To generate the radiation certificate
Choose the tab "Stir-off student(s)" tab
Note: To modify the "template" of the certificate (content, function etc...):
