✏‚ How do I update my contact information on MyScol?

Updating your contact details is essential to facilitate communication with your institution.

Prerequisites: You will not be able to change your email address because it is associated with your account. If necessary, please send a request to yourSchool schoolor technical support atsupport@myscol.com.

1 - You can change your contact details eitherFrom the module of your choiceOr through theProfile tabWhat you will discoverBy clicking at the top right of your homepage,As shown in the screenshot below:

1.2 - If you choose to go through a module and not through "profile", at the top left of the menu, click on "parent."

3- The page with the personal information of the family manager(s) then appears. Click on "modify your data."

4- A "First Representative" form opens, enter the fields to be completed or the changes to be made. Then at the bottom of the page on the right,Click on "next"to move on to the second representative. It will be necessary to proceed in the best way, including for the "additional information" form before you can "validate."

NB: Fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed to validate the form.
